Elemental Gardens

Elemental Gardens is owned by Vancouver garden designer and landscaper Dave Wodchis.
Dave started landscaping and gardening in Vancouver in
1982 when on his first day in the city, he began work with a local
garden designer at the time named Candace Lundi. They looked after
properties throughout Vancouver and the north shore including all
of Bud Kanke's restaurants (Mulvaneys - now the Sandbar and three
other restaurants including Joe Fortes). She met the
man of her dreams and left Dave to take over as many clients as he
could handle.
Dave continued with that for a few years including taking on some
other properties such as the Creekhouse property on Granville
Island before joining Vancouver Balconies Beautiful with Steve
Hackett.
Then he worked his way through theatre school as a landscaper
before moving into production and special event management
where Dave had a successful career for many years.
After taking a three year hiatus to travel the world and work
on his photography(davewodchis.com), Dave began full time garden
design, installations and maintenance again in 2006 largely because he
loves the work and his clients' feedback is so satisfying.
